At Iconic health labs, our goal is to ensure nothing but the best for our customers! Due to the nature of our company and products, we are unable to accept returns due to safety and quality reasons. Please read our policy below carefully.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Replacement Policy: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us through our email at Hello@iconichealthlabs.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange to send a replacement at no additional cost if the order qualifies for a replacement.

  • Reporting a Damaged Product: To request a replacement, please email our customer support and include the following:

    • A photo of the damaged or defective item

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide guidance on the next steps. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
