The way my Binging episodes has slowed down and become less frequent since i started taking this is pretty insane. Keeps me stable and more detached from the emotions around food

This Supplement has been life changing for me, Been struggling with emotional and binge eating for as long as I can Remember. Saw an Ad for this online and wanted to give it a try since I was desperate at that point and to my surprise it actually works to calm down my brain when I feel like im going into a tunnelvision state of mind, I can't really describe the feeling but it's like i can take a step away from my body and analyze instead of just letting my irrational side take over and binge.

I swear by this product!!! I thought I was just being crazy but then I ran out of these and I literally had my first binge again the FIRST day of not taking these?? I'm gonna make sure I stock up I never wanna run out of these

When I first saw this I thought there is no way this is gonna help me stop eating, My days literally revolve around eating... What, when, how much/little, what time etc. But a friend of mine recommended it and I thought it was worth giving it a try since it can't get any worse right? and to my big surprise I feel an improvement in my eating behaviour, I find myself thinking less about food and It doesn't take up as much headspace as it used to, If you or anyone you know is struggling with binging or emotional eating I would highly recommend you to try, it has chnaged my life.. I have struggled with binging and being overweight my whole life, I think realistically I have accepted that this is just who i am now, i am the "big" girl And I guess thats fine. However something that I haven't accepted is the binging because not only does it make be bigger but its also takiing up so much of my brain capacity. I Really found this product to help with my thoughts around food and I feel less of an urge to binge. I still have a long way to go though But I think it might be part of my identity by now as iv'e struggles with this for over 20 years

Binging is so much deeper than something a pill will ever be able to fix but until youve started working on the root casue of why you binge I would highly recommend these as a "crutch" to lean on as you go. They do make a difference and help with food thoughts and tunnelvision

I was stuck in a cycle for the longest time of isolationg myself because I felt ugly and because I felt ugly I needed comfort which I got from food and because I couldn't stop eating I felt ugly.. It went on like that for maybe 2 years and Iv'e been extremely depressed. I saw someone talk about this supplement on reddit and wanted to give it a try since I had nothing to lose at that point, and I can truly say that since iv'e started taking this I just feel more calm, my mind doesnt feel like a race horse when i'm eating and trying to stop. I just feel more... I dont know, logical and "normal" around food? I hope this feeling will last for as long as I take this supplement because honestly this is a huge deal for me and I am feeling hopeful about my future for the first time in a long time.
